The following documents require Microsoft Word.

Microsoft Word document Converting field symbols to a numeric legend:  Instructions for changing field symbols to a numeric legend.
 Microsoft Word document Minimum data set for links:  List of minimum data elements needed for site and aggregated data sets to be linked.
 Microsoft Word document Changing your password:  Procedure for changing your password on the central server.
Microsoft Word document Current list of validations:  List of all current validations a user should be running on the database as they populate data. This will assist in data consistency and accuracy.
Microsoft Word document Current list of calculations:  Many data fields must be calculated; manual population is not possible. Again, this is for data consistency and accuracy.

 Adobe Acrobat document Getting Started Manual 5: Link to the users guide. Gives an overview of tables and structure of the database.
Adobe Acrobat document Database Structure Guide: Link to document that shows all tables and components of each table by physical name and logical name. Color schemas also available.
 Adobe Acrobat document Report and interpretation writing assistance: This file provides many of the commands and definitions needed when producing new reports and or interpretations.
